Kelly has over 30 years of service experience,, including a background in retail banking and accounting, and dental. Kelly worked at a practice for 15 years, working just about every position in the office and chairside.

She is currently the Associations Manager and Manager of Strategic

Partnerships for Compliancy Group, where she advises ADA Member Advantage clients on HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Kelly's extensive experience in security provides her with a unique understanding into the world of HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Through this experience, she effectively communicates the government regulation and necessary standards of HIPAA to dental practices, breaking down the complexities of the law.
